CareOregon Selects GSI Health to Support Population Health Strategy Across Region

GSIHealthCoordinator Platform Will Provide Comprehensive Care Management for Nearly 300,000 Medicare and Medicaid Lives

Philadelphia, PA – April 3, 2018 — GSI Health, a leading population health management technology company, today announced that its GSIHealthCoordinator platform has been selected as the care management technology of choice for CareOregon, a nonprofit organization serving nearly 300,000 Medicare and Medicaid members across Oregon. As the largest provider of Oregon Health Plan services in the state, CareOregon supports four coordinated care organizations (CCOs) and covers almost one third of the state’s Medicaid population.

CareOregon’s partnership with GSI Health will enable the organization to integrate key systems to facilitate fast, efficient care management. The GSIHealthCoordinator platform will orchestrate workflow among CareOregon’s care teams to improve transparency and collaboration, delivering critical member information in time to impact outcomes.
